I am not saying your content is not good, however what if you added a post title that makes people want more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda plain. You could look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create post titles to grab viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a picture or two to grab people interested about what you've written.
